Testimonials:
|
“After taking over a college’s Women’s Soccer and Track program, I determined that my athletes needed information as it relates to nutrition for women; I sought out an expert in the field; Heather very readily made herself available to my teams; She provided an in-depth, but easily understandable presentation. She created a relaxed atmosphere for the athletes and answered their questions in a manner that did not judge, criticize or belittle. She took additional time to answer questions individually for those that had more personal questions. Heather’s presentation made a serious impact. I found that many of my athletes had made subtle to major dietary changes from the information that they learned and I was able to implement her recommendations for pre and post competition nutrition. I would recommend, without hesitation, to any athlete looking to maximize their potential or to increase their performance, to take advantage of Ms. Mangieri’s services.”
James Herlinger, Head Coach, Women’s Soccer & Track & Field
University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown

“Heather broke down my diet into the smallest details for all my meals and told me what I can eat instead of what I can't. She delivers a mountain of information for anyone who wants to live a healthy life, whether you’re an athlete or the average Joe. Highly recommended!”

"The information provided by Heather really helped me to make better food choices and to be more aware of the types and amounts of food that I should eat when I am training for speed skating and soccer. I now make an effort to eat better, more often, and with the food choices that represent all of the food groups."

"I would highly recommend working with Heather for whatever your nutritional needs may be. As a vegan runner, I was unsure if I was getting proper nutrition. Heather helped me to see the nutrients that I was missing and how that would effect my health and improvements in my performance. She taught me what foods I needed to add into my diet and helped me meal plan. She is very knowledgeable about so areas of nutrition but the best part is that she presents the information in a clear and understandable way that is not overwhelming.
Elizabeth Green, Vegan runner
